Instrument Sales Business Acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific

BALTIMORE – September 4, 2007–

Thermo Fisher Scientific, through its Cole-Parmer business unit, has acquired Davis Instruments, the instruments business of Davis Inotek Instruments.

The calibration and manufacturing business units were not sold and will continue to operate under the name Davis Calibration.
