Compound Gauge

 
  • Gauges are available with expanded scales covering the portion of the scale where most readings are taken

  • Ranges: 0-15 PSI or 0-30 PSI pressure; 30"-0-30 PSI or 30"-0-100 PSI compound

Mil-Spec Shock Resistant Gauges -- Priced per Application 

  • To MiI-G-18997E 
  • Recommended for service where shock or vibration conditions are present. These gauges utilize special aluminum safety cases with Monel Bourdon Tubes and Sockets 
  • Ambient Temperature - To 145°F (non-operating) 
  • Whip Test - 260,000 pressure cycles 
  • Standard Ranges - from 0-30" Vacuum to 0-10,000 PSI Pressure

Shock Resistant Caisson Gauges -- Priced per Application

  • Self-contained gauges with sealed Bourdon tube; require no pipe connection 
  • Designed to indicate the ambient pressure above any specified normal, usually the air surrounding the gauge above atmospheric, as in caisson work 

Types BC & BD Differential
Pressure Gauges

  • To measure the difference between two pressure sources, apply low pressure, then high pressure. Read differential pressure on the gauge. BC designed with "0" at top center, BD with "0" at the left 
  • 4 1/2", 6", 8 1/2" and 12" Dial Sizes 
  • Balanced Slotted Adjustable Pointer 
  • Ranges to 0-1000 PSI (BD) or 500-0-500 PSI (BC)

Types BM & BN Altitude
Altitude/Pressure Gauges

  • Incorporating special scales, these Altitude gauges indicate height of water in tanks, standpipes, reservoirs, etc. A manual red set hand is provided for reference 
  • BM gauges read Altitude only; BN gauges read in both Altitude and equivalent PSI 
  • 3 1/2", 4 1/2", 6" and 8 1/2" Dial Sizes 
  • Balanced Slotted Adjustable Pointer 
  • Ranges - Altitude: to 0-1000 feet; Altitude/Pressure: to 300 PSI & 690 feet

Type AR Receiver Gauges --

  • Receiver gauges are used with a transmitter (transducer) to translate distant point air signals into units of pressure, temperature, liquid level or flow 
  • 1/2% Accuracy

Type RV Reid Vapor Test Gauges --

  • Designed for testing using the Reid Vapor Tension method as described in ASTM spec. D323. The gauge determines the absolute vapor pressure of volatile crude oil and volatile non viscous petroleum products 
  • 1/2% Accuracy 
  • 4 1/2" dial size 
  • Phosphor bronze bourdon tube 
  • Stainless Steel heavy duty bushed rotary movement 
  • Forged brass socket, oversized wrench flats

Type TA Test Gauges --

  • Designed specifically for periodic bench testing andrecalibration of production type gauges. Test gauges are not suggested for continuous duty in service installations 
  • 1/4% accuracy

  • Phosphor bronze bourdon tube (TA1) for use to 300 psi 
  • Beryllium copper tubes (TA2) furnished for higher pressures 
  • All joints silver brazed
