Genealogy Module:
With the genealogy module,
you can track the history of any product made from a lot of consumables.
It also provides a complet bill of materials describing which consumables
were used to make a product, down to the serial number level.
Geanology Explorer
offers viewing of reverse genealogy in the following ways:
- Shows the Sub-WIPs that
are consumed by a specific WIP
- Within reports, shows
the constituent steps and step information for each WIP and Sub-WIP.
- Shows consumable information
for consumables with a WIP ID
- Shows associated WIP
xProperties
- Shows, for each step,
equipment usage information (reports only)
- Supports both SQL Server
and Oracle archive databases
KPI Dashboard Module:
The KPI (Key Performance
Indicator) Module allows generation of reports of problem areas.
You can create line, pie, and graph charts to see your results.
