The Tektronix TPS2000 Series is designed for advanced electronics design, industrial power design and associated installation & maintenance applications.  The TPS2000 oscilloscope family consists of two or four IsolatedChannel™ inputs plus an isolated external trigger, up to 8 hours of battery life with two hot-swappable batteries for virtually unlimited battery operation, digital real time (DRT) acquisition / integrated mass storage and PC connectivity.   Users needing to make floating measurements on the bench, in the lab or in the field quickly, accurately and affordably will find one of the TDS2000 models an excellent choice.

A new power analysis software package (TPS2PWR1) addresses the needs for power design and power quality analysis.  A new passive high-voltage probe, P5120, completes the solution – particularly useful when making isolated channel measurements floating up to 600V_RMS.

The TPS2000 Series introduces a power bundle (TPS2PBND) that includes (4) P5120 probes and the TPS2PWR1 power measurement and analysis software.  With these accessories, the user will be able to make floating measurements up to 600V_RMS CAT II or 300V_RMS CAT III whether at their bench, in the power lab, or in the field. Additional probing solutions are available to extend this voltage range at the probe tip.
