- One-piece 17-4 PH stainless steel pressure cavity and an insulated electrode
plate which is fastened to the center of the sensor diaphragm, forming
a variable capacitor. On absolute pressure units, the reference side of
the diaphragm is sealed by electron beam welding under high vacuum
- Extremely low hysteresis and very stable operation under transient temperature
or temperature gradient conditions are inherent in this design
