Raynger® STSeries

Raytek ST Series

Introducing the enhanced Raynger® STSeries!

With a broader temperature range and improved optics for measuring temperatures from a greater distance or measuring smaller objects from the same distance, the STPro series offers a combination of accuracy and value for professionals. Standard features also include a rugged rubber overmolding and a durable plastic storage case. Special models include: AutoPro for automotive applications and ST80 XB-IS for hazardous environments applications.

The enhanced ST models feature the Extra Bright Single Point laser sighting system. The Extra Bright laser sighting system concentrates all of the laser energy in a single point, showing the center point of the measurement area more visibly in all conditions, especially, outdoors.
  • 12 point data logging (ST60/80)
  • Probe input (ST60/80)--optional RTD probe available
  • Adjustable emissivity (ST60/80)
  • Comfortable, ergonomic design
  • Rubber overmold for durability and comfort
  • Hard case
  • Use in hazardous locations (ST80-IS only)

Accurate temperature reading in less than a second!

Still lightweight, compact, and easy to use, the Raynger ST can safely measure hot, hazardous, or hard-to-reach materials without touching, contaminating, or damaging the material's surface.

Models to choose from:
ST20 XB
ST60 XB
ST80 XB and ST80 XB-IS

    ST20 XB:
Standard Model with temperature range -32 to 535°C (-25 to 999°F)
ST60 XB: Enhanced model with high/low alarm, MAX, MIN, DIF, and AVG temperature settings, and a temperature range of -32 to 600°C (-25 to 1100°F). It also has adjustable emissivity, and a D : S ratio of  30 : 1.

ST80 XB: This model has all the features of the ST60 ProPlus, but with an expanded temperature range of -32 to 760°C (-25 to 1400°F) and optics that allows the user to measure smaller objects from farther away. This is great news for HVAC or facilities maintenance professionals who need to measure ceiling and duct temperatures from a distance.

DataTemp MX Software for the MX4/MX4+

DataTempMX Software is a Windows® compatible data management program for temperature graphing and trend analysis. Use this software to organize, display, and print temperature data and customize log locations. Choose one of 30 pre-set emissivity values from the built-in-table, adjust the value to fit a specific application, or create your own table. Store up to 10,000 temperature measurement points using continuous or manual single-point recording. Customize the MX for maintenance inspection routes with unique location names, temperature alarms, and emissivities. The software has programmable time intervals, temperature scales and limits, and can show both contact and infrared temperatures simultaneously.

Applications:
  • Industrial predictive and preventative maintenance
  • Checking for hot spots in electrical panels, circuit breakers, generators, and gearboxes
  • Monitoring supply and return registers, air stratification, steam traps, and duct leakage
  • Monitor temperatures of gasoline and diesel engine cylinders and railroad axles and bearings
  • Checking for icing and deicing on planes and asphalt
  • Checking for bearing failures and motor misalignment
  • Power distribution troubleshooting
  • Electrical bench work in the shop or lab
  • Checking for depleted refrigeration media
  • ISO 9000 proactive maintenance programs
