Penetration Style RTD and Thermocouple Sensors

• Used to monitor internal temperatures of meat, fish, poultry, dough and other food products, both fresh and slightly frozen varieties 
• Thermocouple Types: J, K, T, grounded or ungrounded (single or duplex elements) 
• RTD Types: 100 Ohm Platinum, 3 wire, with temperature coefficient of .00385 
• RTD Accuracy: ±.12% at 0°C 
• Sheath Diameters: .134" OD or .180" OD nominal 
• Sheath Description: Full hard drawn 304 SS, hypodermic tubing with a sharp needle point insertion tip 
• FDA Compliant: The materials of construction are all FDA compliant for use in sanitary applications 
• Sheath Lengths: Customer specified 
• Handle Options: Molded valox handle, sabre handle, heavy duty handle and formed pistol grip handles 
• Extension Leadwire: Stranded conductor, 20 or 24 wire gauge, PVC, teflon or silicone rubber leadwire insulation, stainless steel flexible armor or stainless steel overbraid 
• Leadwire Terminations: Leads stripped and tinned 2" with or without spade lugs, standard or miniature size thermocouple/RTD plug or jack
