- Metal Protection Tube Sizes: 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", 1" NPT thread, schedule 40, 80 or 160
- Metal Protection Tube Materials: Carbon Steel, Cast Iron, 304, 316, 446 Stainless Steel Inconel 600, 601, HR-160
- Ceramic and Composite Protection Tube Materials: LT-1 metal ceramic, silicone carbide, vesuvius, mullite (2700°F), Alumina (3400°F)
- Thermocouple Assembly Construction Styles: Straight or angle assemblies; single or double protection tube styles; closed or open end protection tube types
- Limits of Error: Standard or special limits
- Protection Tube Lengths: customer specified
- Head Assembly Options: Cast iron, weatherproof aluminum or explosion proof screw cover head with ceramic terminal block
- Other Options: Ungrounded Elements, SS Tags, Internal Ground Screw

- Thermocouple Element: MgO insulated (grounded or ungrounded)
- Protection Tube Materials: Phosphate bonded refractory material (85% Alumina,
4% Silica, 11% trace elements)
- Assembly Lengths: 12, 18, 24, 30 and 36" long
- Leads Supplied: 36" high temperature fiberglass
- Mounting Attachments: 1/2" NPT bushing
- Options: Aluminum or cast iron head; thermocouple plug and jacks on leads;
union elbows for angle assemblies

Base Metal & Noble Metal Replacement Thermocouple
Elements

- Used in the construction of Pyromation's complete industrial thermocouple assemblies. These units are available as a part of an assembly or as separate replacement elements
- Replacement elements are available with ceramic insulators or as bare uninsulated elements and with other options
- Base Metal Thermocouple Types: J, K, M, N, T, E (single or duplex)
- Noble Metal Thermocouple Types: R, S, B, C (single or duplex)
- Element Form: Straight or 90° angle
- Base Metal Element Wire Gauge Sizes: 8, 11, 14, 20, 24, 26 gauge
- Element Insulation: Oval or round ceramic insulators
- Limits of Error: Standard or special limits
- Element Lengths: Customer specified (actual length will be 1.5" longer than specified length to allow for terminal connections)
- Element Options: Standard tig or twist welded hot junction, insulated hot junction, single or duplex terminal block attached to element
- Non-standard constructions built to customer specifications are available upon request

- Metal Alloy Protection Tubes: Carbon steel, cast iron, 304, 316, 446 stainless steel Inconel 600, Inconel 601, HR-160
- Composite Protection Tubes: LT-1 Metal Ceramic, Cerite II, Silicone Carbide, Vesuvius
- Metal Tube Sizes: 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", 1" NPT thread. Schedule 40, 80 or 160
- Ceramic Tube Sizes: 3/8" OD through 1-1/4" OD
- Protection Tube Styles: Metal--closed or open end; Ceramic--closed or open end, plain or with collar
- Protection Tube Lengths: Customer specified
- Mounting attachments: Welded bushing, adjustable flange, union and nipple, 1/2" NPT Hex fittings
