Applications with Lower I/O Counts or Shorter
Programs
The CJ1M provides a low-cost solution for applications with lower I/O
counts and shorter programs compared to the more powerful CJ1G/H CPUs.
All CJ1 Series use the same instruction set and I/O modules, so existing

CS1 Mid-Size PLC
 |
Reflecting the industry’s continuous movement away from large devices
to small and mid-sized units, our CS1 series offers incredible improvements
in processing speed, information management, networking and communications
abilities, while adding the reliability of programmable control. It competes
with competitive PLC or PC-based solutions and offers you a very valuable
automation control application solution.

CJ1 Mid-Size PLC
 |
SCALABILTY!
Our CJ1 Series leads the industry to a new size standard for full-featured
programmable controllers. Processor instruction speeds range from
320 I/O-10 steps @ 0.1µs (CJ1-M) to 2560 I/O-120K steps @ 0.02µs
(CJ1-H). Ethernet, DeviceNet, and serial communications are supported
from this compact system. Until recently, this level of networking
was available only on large rack-style PLC systems. The snap-together
bus-line connection between modules, popularized by CQM1, makes the new
CJ1 fast and easy to configure and install in control panels.
|
CQM1H Mid-Size PLC
 |
The new CQM1H series programmable controller offers advanced flexibility,
powerful communication options, and has features traditionally found only
in full rack systems. The CQM1H’s rack-less modular design allows the user
to customize the control system to their own system requirements. Advanced
inn er-boards, specialized I/O, and communication modules allow flexibility
that no other system in this class can offer. |
CPM1A Micro PLC
 |
The CPM1A series micro controllers solve both basic and semi-complex
applications. The brick style models include AC inputs/relay outputs,
DC inputs/transistor or relay outputs to meet your design requirements.
The base I/O for the CPUs ranges from 10, 20, 30, and 40 I/O points with
maximum expansion to 100 I/O. Specialized expansion modules
include mixed analog I/O, temperature sensor inputs and serial communications. |
-
10, 20, 30 and 40 point I/O CPUs

CPM2A Micro PLC
 |
The CPM2A series micro controllers are among some of the most powerful
small-scale control solutions in the industry today. With 20, 30, 40, or
60 I/O point CPUs to choose from, advanced motion control features, multiple
communications ports, and a powerful instruction set, the CPM2A series
controller provides an advanced control solution in a micro package. |
CPM2C Micro PLC
 |
Our CPM2C micro-controller redefines the traditional category byproviding
features of a larger devices into a micro-sized housing and a small price.
Its 33mm width allows it to fit into small spaces, offers 119 instructions
and has processing speeds rivaling many ‘small’ controllers. Multiple communication
options along with advanced motion control features enable the CPM2C to
provide a powerful solution to virtually any small scale application. |
SRM1 Micro PLC
 |
Imagine a network controller and a fully functional programmable controller
that fits in your shirt pocket. It's hard to believe looking at one! At
about the size of a harmonica, the SRM1 is capable of 256 networked I/O
(128 inputs/128 outputs) that can be distributed among multiple sites on
a machine or machines, depending on how much wire you want to run. The
advanced engineering of this micro controller/network lets you integrate
various components for a complete network for a complete solution and the
RS-232C lets you link into a PC or run an Omron NT Link to an Omron programmable
terminal. |
ZEN Nano PLC
 |
ZEN has the features and functions of both a programmable controller
and a smart relay to allow simple, yet powerful control, ideal for small
scale applications where simple functionality and low cost are critical.
Programs can be created using its 32-bit, Windows-based ZEN support software
