It is a portable battery powered instrument with an electrical measurement and supply capability providing simultaneous pressure and electrical displays, data storage and an RS 232 interface.
DPI 610, DPI615 LP Portable Low Pressure Calibrators --
|
- Generates and measures very low pressure
- Ranges ±1 to ±50 inH2O
- Accuracy 0.05% FS
- Dedicated tasks and dual readout
- Automatic system vent and display zero
- RS 232 interface and documenting versions
|
The DPI 610/615 Low Pressure Calibrator versions enable the end user to calibrate Draft range instrumentation in the field. This feature minimizes the effects of moving the unit under test and any offsets that may occur. The test data can then be stored for uploading to your computer at a more convenient time.
DPI 610 Portable pressure calibrator --
5psi / Vac, 30psi / Vac, 100psi / Vac, or 300psi / Vac models
|
- Ranges -14.7 through 10,000 psi
- Accuracy 0.025% FS all ranges
- Integral combined pressure/vacuum pump
- Dual readout: input and output
- 4 to 20 mA loop test: auto step and ramp
- Data storage with RS 232 interface
|
This self-contained, battery powered package contains a pressure generator, fine pressure control, 10 and 24 Vdc power supply and output measurement capabilities, as well as facilities for 4 to 20 mA loop testing and data storage. The rugged design, sealed generally to NEMA 12 (IP54), is ergonomically designed such that the pressure pump can be operated and test leads connected without compromising the visibility of the large dual parameter display. A single piece elastomeric keypad, which forms the user interface, excludes the weather and combines a high quality tactile feel with exceptional service life.
DPI 615 Portable pressure calibrator --
|
- Ranges vac to 10,000 psi, multi rangeable
- Fully documenting with RS232 interface
- Simultaneous input, output & deviation
- Accuracy 0.025% FS all ranges
- Integral pressure/vacuum pump
- 4-20 mA loop test facility
- Optional; Intecal for Industry software
|
The Druck DPI 615 fully documenting field calibrator follows nearly 20 years of experience with the company's successful DPI 600 Series.
The rugged self-contained weatherproof design is styled such that the pressure pump can be operated and test leads connected without compromising the visibility of the large dual parameter back lit display. The mA step and ramp outputs and a built-in continuity tester extend the capabilities to include the commissioning and maintenance of control loops.
