Conductivity cells have a durable Epoxy
body making them rugged for field use, yet designed for precise and accurate
measurements in the laboratory. The plates in each cell consist of a Nickel
band with a coating of gold (Au). Choose the (Au) cell for measuring ultra
pure water or solutions with a conductivity below 2,000 micro Siemens (µS).
Platinum (Pt) cells have a coating of Black Platinum over the (Au) for
measurements of high conductivity solutions. All conductivity cells feature
a built in Thermistor for temperature sensing. Conductivity cells are available
in Dip type for measuring samples in a test tube or beaker, or choose the
new Multipurpose Cell which can be used as a Dip, Flow, or
Pipette cell. All cells are available in 5 pin, 6 pin and 8 pin circular
connectors. Cable length varies depending on the Part number. All cells
come with a 3 month (90 day) limited warranty. Most cells are in stock
for Regular or Rush delivery.

Conductivity Micro Flow Cells
Conductivity micro flow cells are ideal for chromatography. They feature
1.5" length stainless steel tubing on each end with an inside (ID) diameter
of .040" and an outside (OD) diameter of .062", use only non-metallic fittings
(tubing). The body of the cell is constructed of black anodized aluminum.
All micro flow cells feature a built-in Thermistor for temperature sensing.
Maximum recommended temperature is 50°C with a recommended maximum
pressure of 50 P.S.I. Cable length is one meter (39") on each cell, longer
cable lengths by special order only. Available 5 pin, 6 pin, or 8 pin circular
din connectors. Note: Micro Flow Cells have a cell constant (K) of 100.
When using with an instrument designed to work with a K of 10, all displayed
readings must be multiplied by 10. All cells come with a 3 month (90 day)
limited Warranty.

858 Conductivity Flow Cell
The new 858 Conductivity Flow Cell is a large diameter flow cell constructed
of durable epoxy tubing with 316 S/S plates. The 858 cell can flow approximately
four gallons of solution per minute at sixty P.S.I.. Simply connect .375"
(ID) vinyl tubing to each end of the cell to plumb into your system for
continuous monitoring. The cell is designed to be used with the bench top
Model 3082 Series or the portable Model 4081 MultiFunction Conductivity
Meters.
The 858 Flow Cell has two internal thermistors for automatic temperature
compensation (ATC) and solution temperature display on the conductivity

Platinizing Station
The Model 7568 Platinizing Station was designed for Re-Platinizing the
(Pt) plated Conductivity cells. Any time a (Pt) cell is cleaned it
should be re-platinized. A well cared for cell will last much longer
than a cell that receives no cleaning and maintenance. A clean cell
is imperative for accurate measurements. This station is fully portable
and operates on 6 "AA" batteries. The front panel features two cell
connectors, one for re-platinizing 5 pin and 8 pin and one for 6 pin (Pt)
conductivity cells. Includes a package of cotton tipped applicators
for cleaning cells, a solution tube for platinizing solution (solution not included) and instruction manual. Very easy to
use and only takes a few seconds to re-platinize a cell!
